"My mother had all her insurance policies with Steven Saraniti's State Farm office. She passed away and I was tasked with handling mom's finances. Over the course of five months, I worked with the following people at this office: Michael, Greg, Matthew and Destiny. Each time I contacted this office, the four individuals mentioned went above and beyond in customer service. I want to clarify that I live in another state (Texas) and I also used State Farm for 15+ years. I never received this outstanding level of customer service in Texas. Steven Saraniti's team knocked everything out of the park. Communication by phone was clear and concise, each individual I worked with was empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Each conversation was followed up by a personal email summarizing the purpose of the call. I must also mention that Michael's email was incredibly detailed with the dates and amounts of payments that would be withdrawn on multiple policies.
